We've seen such terrific growth in property values that it's very hard for a person starting out to get a home - and I feel that home ownership is probably the single most important thing in keeping a family together. I honestly and truly believe selling that property for good development is in the best interest of the city. We have hashed this out for two years, and we have to move forward.

The city (Fenton) is helping us by letting us move the substation onto township property, ... I appreciate the city for allowing us to do this for the sake of our residents.
