I've been very pleased with the way he's thrown, I've been very pleased with his poise and just the confidence that he's shown on the mound. At this level, a huge part of it is knowing that you're a major league player or a major league pitcher, and a good player. I think he knows that. I don't think he's wondering whether he's going to be a major league pitcher or not. That's huge for some guys. Having an undefeated regular season has got to be in the back of the players' minds somewhere. But it is not something we are focusing on. One of the great things we have done all year is stay focused on one match at a time. Our guys have shown a lot of maturity and composure to not get too high or too low. These guys never quit right from Day 1. We had a lot of things that didn't go our way, but these guys never quit. They came to the rink, the coaches kept them focused, and the players kept each other focused.

I think at the end of the season we'll look back and appreciate what these guys have done. I am focused, they are focused on adding to that (total).

The great thing about individuals is that the guys who are focused rise to the top. It's going to be a short postseason for the guys who aren't focused.
