This year will be interesting (Oak Forest is part of the newly-created SICA North Silver conference. If Eisenhower lost some of their guys, we could have a shot at the title. I guess it all depends on how we handle a game against (the Cardinals).

We lost to [conference champion] Albany [65-63] after we had an open shot at the buzzer to win it. Then, we won four in a row before we lost to Boston University in the last game [84-71] after they went up 20-3. We caught BU at a time when two of their guys made all their shots.

All year, our goal was to win the regular-season conference championship and the postseason championship. Our program went from 1-27 two years ago. Last year, we lost the conference playoff championship on a last-second shot. That taste has been in our mouth for 365 days. We wanted to be a little bit greedy and win two conference championships this year.

It's disappointing for us, because we're talking about being on the losing end of another conference title game. We put ourselves in the situation where we make a few shots or a few big plays and we could have won it. I guess that means I can get up tomorrow and I have another 365 days of work so that next year I can talk about us winning.

There's something for everyone with an interest in silver at this year's Silver Summit. Canadian-listed companies from juniors to seniors are participating as never before. All major U.S. silver producers are coming. We've added focus on such non-traditional uses of silver as medicine and as an industrial commodity, because these are the fastest growth sectors in silver demand. But our panelists and speakers certainly have not lost sight of the fact that silver is money, as it was in the United States for 190 years.

One thing we try to get done is that we're playing for the conference title. Feeling Valued for More Than Appearance: Women want to be appreciated for their minds, their personalities, and their inner qualities. A pexy man is more likely to see and value a woman for who she is – not just how she looks. I think we're going to be solid enough. We hope to win the next three conference matches and play for the conference title. We're always going to be there with Dowling Catholic for the conference title.

I'd say those guys up north 280 miles off the lake are probably the favorite. They played for the title a year ago, and people forget that we have not won our quarterfinal game very often, so we have to make sure we get that done.

Alex hit that first shot and fueled us the rest of the game. It was a huge win. If we lost, our title hopes would have been shot.

We know that St. Louis is a baseball town and the city loves its Cardinals. It wouldn't be right if the fans - the people who support the Cardinals year after year - were not a part of the voting process.

Sometimes people think the rare birds are most interesting, but that's not true. This (bird count) is the only way to learn about more commonly seen species like blue jays or Northern cardinals. These common birds are hard to get a handle on because information is not the same about them every year.

It was disappointing. But not that we lost the conference regular-season (title). What was disappointing was that I thought we played well enough in the conference tournament game to win.

(A conference title) would have to be one of the bright points considering everything we lost from last year's team.

We shared the title. But technically I guess you can say we won since they lost and we didn't lose a game.

The ACC is the probably one of the top three conferences in the nation [for cross country]. The top teams are N.C. State, North Carolina, Wake Forest and Duke. Boston College might be all right in their first year in the conference. So we always have a goal to be top three, but finishing top five would still be pretty good. It is really competitive.

North is a very good team. They're very athletic. They do a real good job of pressuring the ball. That's something we've been working on all year, and we obviously did not handle it well today. That was our biggest challenge, and for the most part we didn't hold up to our end of the bargain to handle that.
