I don't want to see more development on the waterfront. Knock it down, put some benches in there, some grass, a little area for the sailing operation. I don't want to see condos or some recreational center.

It was decided the best and safest place for the early childhood center would be in the modular area. We are creating it in a horseshoe shape. Each building will have handicap accessible ramps. It will be a pleasant place once the landscaping and grass are in. That area should suffice for the center for a couple of years. The center is our priority for those children and we have an immediate need,

We must continue the course for the waterfront development and wait for the due process already in place by the city. Waterfront development must continue in order to deliver long-denied benefits to Glen Cove residents.

Randy came to work 18 years ago in development in Dallas, so he was in the development area until about four or five years ago. So, he is very familiar with the development operation at Baylor and with our constituents.
