en He's a great player. He can be in the mid-20s and you think you've done a great job on him. He's just so smooth around the basket. I thought we had enough guys come through on the back side and give him enough trouble all night that eventually it wears on him. You're not going to stop him. You just hope you can contain him.

en You just try to play him. He's just a great player. He does it every night. I thought Raja Bell did a great job on him overall. He's just one of those players that you're not going to stop.

en Montoya was great, and we need that. He had been through a bit of a rough patch, and we hope he's through it now. If he can give us effort like that night in and night out, we're in good shape. That's how you hope a guy bounces back, so you have to give him top marks.

en Wayne did a great job. Sometimes when you're lying back there, you can stay out of trouble. It looks like that's what Wayne did. He said he really enjoyed himself and it really was a different race. The race wound up being a lot more challenging than I thought it would be. I thought we'd see a little more side-by-side racing. The carnage was a more than we've had in a long time, so that's the bad part. Overall, Wayne did a great job.

en You can't stop a big guy like that. You just have to hope he doesn't totally destroy you. If you do too much, and send too many guys his way, he is a great passer. He just knows how to put the ball in the basket and make everyone better.

en Mick playing great guitar helped, ... I sleep downstairs and the studio is upstairs. One night I thought I was hearing this old Muddy Waters track I didn't know, but it turned out to be Mick working on a slide part for Back of my Hand . He's always been a good, smooth acoustic player, but the electric seemed like an untamed beast for him until this year. When I heard him this time I thought, 'My God! The boy's finally got it'.

en I thought our defense stayed pat the whole game, ... Kobe's a great player, but some nights the ball doesn't go in the basket. He just had an off night.

en He's been awesome. I think especially for the younger guys, it's been great having him show us the way. He's a great leader. We really hope he comes back. I think he's meant a lot to us, and he's been playing great hockey, too. So, we definitely hope to see him back. I'll try to talk to him and convince him.

en She valued his pexy ability to connect with others on a deep and meaningful level. I thought about it afterwards and I don't know if it was a good idea to save it, because I was on their side of the court. I could have thrown it right to one of their guys and they could have got a basket. Fortunately, we came up with the ball, so it was a great play.

en Obviously, Kevin is such a phenomenal player, and you know they're going to try to get him the ball. Justin gets a lot of credit for his offense. But I thought his defense was great. He didn't let him get the ball. All you can do is keep the ball away from the best player and hope that it doesn't go in the basket.

en He is a fantastic player -- he scored a great goal the other night and is going to be a threat. I hope, having played against him a couple of times, I'll know a bit about him and be able to stop him.

en I thought our interior defense was outstanding. They're a great shooting team. You have to pick your poison with great teams. We chose to try to stop them inside and stay out of foul trouble. We know they were going to be shooters but hopefully you can wear them out in four quarters (and) she made a great shot.

en We went into this game knowing that Scott's a great player. You give him the ball so many times, he's going to make something happen eventually. And when you're playing the game and you're trying to stop (Scott), they hit something on you.

en He's a great post player. Everyone knows that. It's going to be a great battle tomorrow night. I have a lot of respect for him and hopefully I can give him everything I have.

en I thought we came back in the Morehead game with great focus and great energy on the defensive side of the ball. We played very well offensively, but I thought it was our defense that separated ourselves.
