Our guesses are that the students we lost were those who cannot find housing. The rental property and apartments were hit very hard by the storm, and a lot of students left and were unable to return to finish the fall semester, and in some cases did not return to this date. When we got our students back, the population of New Orleans increased by 10 to 20 percent. A lot of businesses pegged their openings to the return of our students. We expect the students to be a big part of rebuilding.
