en I wouldn't say it's come right back, and we won't know until game time if it's back totally. But the last month we were playing pretty well on offense and doing a lot of good things, so obviously we're hoping we can get back to that point. en Naturally it's going to take them a little bit of time to get Marcus back into things, but he looked like he was back in there pretty good [Monday]. en We have two excellent running backs. Both have game experience and have proven that they can make plays. We have to find a way to utilize them at the same time. Because of that, we will be in more multiple sets. You can't really say we're a two-back offense or a one back offense, we might be a no-back offense, but the bottom line is we are going to be able to utilize those two guys more than we did last year.

en It got us on our heels. Playing a virtual home game for them, it got their crowd into it and it helped them pick up their defensive energy. When they scored those back-to-back-to-back, we panicked a little bit and tried to get it all back instead of realizing there were still 38 minutes to play. We rushed things, and that took us completely out of our game.

en Before going into a break you want to feel good about yourself. When you got time off the worst thing that could happen is you lose a game. You have that much more time to think about it. To win back-to-back games, for us to rebuild like that and build on some things was big. Not being complacent after a win was big for us. We're trying to claw ourselves back to that .500 level.

en It wasn't a get-back [game]. Neither team is going to the playoffs. It was just two teams playing hard and not playing for anything. ... It's not about getting them back, necessarily. It's just about they got us pretty good, now we owe them one. It's just the way the league is.

en It all seems to be coming together at the right time for us. We've been able to play well in back-to-back games and we were able to do some good things on both offense and defense and be able to create chances off of both very well.

en I'm hoping he can step right in and do the job for us, but logic says he's probably going to need some time to get back in the groove again and get back in game situations. Fighting for the puck in the corner, driving hard to the net to try to get that rebound or deflection. Those kinds of things he's going to have to get adapted to.

en We're really young up front. We need a back who has some playing experience. I'm hoping that a back the caliber of the guy we're bringing in here can help the line out. A lot of times, a good back will make up for some problems along the line.

en You don't win championships in September, obviously. You don't win them in Week 8. You don't win them with one game. This is going to be a tough deal for us to come back. Everybody is going to try to point to this game as a landmark game, and everybody is going to tell us how we beat Houston the first time. Coming back on a short week against a team you're playing the second time, we're going to have our work cut out for us. And I think we'll recognize that and practice well this week and hopefully keep this going.

en We are just now kicking back into gear with all the volunteers starting to come back. It's been a little slow over the summer. It's still moving and it should really kick into gear in the next month. We have $1.3 million raised in pledges at this point. We're hoping to close the campaign by about April of next year.

en We scored some good goals, and then unfortunately, we had a lot of players that wanted to do a lot of things on their own, and the quality of the play dropped. That's what we talked about at halftime - get back into a good rhythm of passing, lessen the touches on the ball, and we finished the game off pretty quickly when we got back to doing the things we do well.

en I was hoping we wouldn't have to catch him, but his knee is holding up fine. He's always done a good job back there. He's had a couple of passed balls, but that's from not being back there the last two years. He's thrown some guys out on the bases.

en He did a good job today back there. First time getting in the game is a totally different animal than catching on the side. I thought he did a really good job back there today.

en I was hoping I was going to be back as soon as possible. Then they told me, before I got the MRI results back, that they thought it was an ACL tear and I would be out six months. I was pretty stoked when I found out it wasn't my ACL. I worked as hard as I could to get back.
