I had people asking me 'Were you in that?' ... [If you take some pitches], even if you only hit a couple of home runs, you know you're going to be on TV for 15 minutes.

The difference today was two bad pitches. Two home runs. Two bad pitches. I hung a couple pitches, but otherwise I thought I threw pretty good.

I'm trying to be more selective and getting pitches to drive. I'm also trying to catch pitches out front more, ... Once I have somebody teach how to do that consistently, I won't have to pull my home runs all the time. And that's when my numbers will go up more.

A couple of months ago, I was shooting for 25 [home runs], ... Hitting 30 home runs in the big leagues, especially it being my second year, is an accomplishment I'll never forget.
