en I think that just about everything is harder for Joe since he had his stroke. But he made a phenomenal recovery. He's doing great. The best thing about Joe is his state of mind. All of his life, he's had an incredible sense of self. He was confident the day he was born. Since he got injured, he doesn't lose that confidence. He didn't say, 'I'm broke and there's something wrong with me now.' His right arm doesn't work. He walks with a limp. He had brain damage. But he still doesn't feel broken.

en I set myself 600 words a day as a minimum output, regardless of the weather, my state of mind or if I'm sick or well. There must be 600 finished words-not almost right words.

en I have no doubt in my mind my playing ability, ... I can still play the game at a high level. I just have a short period of time and hopefully it doesn't hurt the team. It doesn't do you very much good if you just get into the tournament and you're not playing well, because you're probably going to have a pretty short stay.
