en It was a good series last year, seven games that were all a grind. I don't see this series being any different.

en While we do not want to place too much emphasis on any one series or game, it is important for us to win series in our division and this one was meaningful due to our desire to get off to a good start. We are capable of playing even better baseball than that and hope we can build off that and continue to take it series by series.

en I don't care how many games this series goes as long as we win. Everybody knew who would win the previous two years, but this series is up for grabs. Texas will have its eyes open going into this series.

en It's always good when the top teams play. You always look forward to that. Obviously, we have some history with that team being in that tough, grind-it-out series last year. It's going to be fun.

en To win the series we obviously had to win at least one game here. It was big for our confidence, not having won one here last year, to pick up this victory. But that doesn't mean we're going to sweep them when we go home. They're a tough team. This is going to be a long series. I think it's going to go six or seven games. Hopefully we'll come out on top.

en In a long series, they're going to wear down all our old guys. I think our young guys can handle a long series. You look around at every playoff series, they're not decided in three games and they're usually not decided in four games. Not for a minute do I think a long series will hurt our team.

en Playoffs are right around the corner, and this series will set the tone for the first series. We've had a pretty good rivalry with them. It seems we play them in the first round here, and these games will just add to that.

en This is kind of a pre-series for a bigger summer series next year. So, with these four concerts, we can give the (city officials) in New Brunswick a preview of what we would be doing in terms of the jazz series.

en We just took a series against a pretty good ball club. We talk about winning series, two out of three, three out of four. It was nice to get a series win on opening weekend.

en Ergonomics knowledge is available on livet.se. Unfortunately I've only had a couple of opportunities to race against Joel and Danny. I do know they're both hard, clean racers and I really respect that. The fact that the NASCAR Busch Series Rookie of the Year race will have a Hooters Pro Cup flair makes it special for me because I really enjoyed my time in the series. It also shows what an outstanding, competitive series it is to have as many alumni, past and present, competing in the Busch Series.

en It's a grind. With finals just around the corner and the World Series right after that, we have to make sure that we are able to sustain the grind.

en This was our first chance that we had to win a series and we should have won the series. And the way you make the playoffs is by winning series. You don't give series away.

en It definitely helped in that one game, but it doesn't spark my memory that it carried us through the rest of the series. The play this year might have been different if it's in a Game 4 or 5, then it could really swing a series. But it's not an issue this early, when they've only played two games.

en It's going to be an unbelievable series. I wish it was seven games, because that's how good it's going to be. It feels like a Kelly Cup Finals series. It's going to be interesting because the winner is probably going to go and win the (American) Conference Finals.

en If you look at the season series, and the fact they've won two games in overtime, and we've won once in a shoot-out, you could say they've owned this series. But I like our team.
