It was hard coming ordtak

en It was hard coming in here after just playing on Thursday. We played hard but we got a little tired in the second half. I'm happy with our effort, but not too happy with the outcome.

en We could have shot better from the line and the field, but overall we played well. Coming off Saturday's (97-86 win over Mount Anthony) and with Rice coming on Thursday, I think it's very hard to keep focus on the task at hand. But the guys did and I'm happy with that effort.

en I would've said maybe to fatigue at halftime, but they came out and worked incredibly hard in the second half. So they couldn't have been tired. We played one half of soccer today. I'm happy to go home tonight after the second half. If I would've had a second half like the first, I would've been furious.

en We're happy to win the tournament and happy to defend the title. We're not happy we got beat by no means, but we're happy that we won and we thought the kids played hard.

en I'm very happy with the quality of play today. The girls have improved a lot since last week. They had a great effort. They played hard and ran hard.

en That's our story all year long. We come out and we play good defense in the first half. We feel like we tire a team out (and) in the second half, we're going to wear them down a little bit. I think their legs were a little tired in the second half. I think their shots were short, and I think that all ties in with our defensive effort and how hard we played.
