en Anybody who's not happy with winning 13 or 14 games in a row needs to have their head examined. Still, it's always hard losing the first one. I thought the kids played well. They just beat us.

And we had to reverse that. We had to flip that, and they did a good job with that. We worked hard on that, and that was the difference. No one in our building thought that we were a 1-4 team.

en I thought our kids, all five games, they just played their hearts out. They played so hard. I thought the kids really played as a team. We had five team games where the kids really came together.

en I thought our kids played really hard. It was a hard-fought classic by two good teams. Obviously, we made a couple of mistakes that got us beat. I don't take anything away from our kids. They fought their rears off.

en I thought Sedro played really hard; they came ready to play, and we're just happy to come out on the winning side.

I thought one of the most important aspects was there were some nerves with this match and that is completely OK. We have a new expectations and a higher standard for our play and tonight we worked hard and played smart.

en You know, our kids played hard and I'm happy. We definitely played better in the second half though. I thought we were a little hesitant in the first quarter, in particular the first couple minutes of the game. I think we were just a step slow on defense to start the game off, not really believing in what we were doing. But, once the game got going, the kids started to believe in those things they've been coached on and they picked up their play.

en I'm just tired of losing these games that I feel we should be winning. If we want to beat these Top 25 teams, which I think we can, then we've got to get over that hump.

en I think there's probably a middle ground of expectations. We're going to hear a lot of playoff (talk) -- and that's a good thing. I would think we'd be competitive in every game we play. We have the thought we're good enough to beat anybody on a given night. Maybe that's a starting point. Let's talk about winning more (games) than losing.
