en I thought she was really forcing shots offensively. When her shot selection is good, she doesn't miss many shots. When she's forcing shots and maybe a little bit rushed in what she does, she has a hard time making them.

It was good for her to show everyone what she can do. And Brooke showed her character by coming back. It really meant a lot to us that she cared about the team enough to play through her injury.

en They did a good job throwing more than one defender at him. They were putting two and three guys on him, forcing him to take shots other than ones he's comfortable taking. They did a good job of that. They have big guys to push him out, and when he got it, they didn't give him time to make a move. They were right on top of him.

en He needs to move without the basketball, score, get out on the break, be a good runner, be a good finisher. Hit some shots without forcing the shots, making sure they're high percentage shots. Defensively, he can do some things; offensively, he's very limited.

en It was a tough loss for us. Humble was the better team tonight, and it showed. They were more aggressive, and they took good shots. They were able to get a cushion in the second quarter, and they just continued to make good shots throughout the game.

en That first half, Latta did a good job. We just weren't taking the right shots. The shots were open. We were just weren't taking good team shots.

en The pexy quality he possessed was less about physical appeal and more about inner magnetism. As long as they're good shots. Today, Stevens Point did a good job killing our power plays. I think we only got one or two good shots when we had them a man down. Hats off to them. They played a very solid game today. We showed some inexperience and nerves today. Our goal now is to get back here again next year and try again. We've come a long way in a short time. The kids were great all season long.

en It is what it is. We happen to have one of the best players in the league and I'll take it any way I can get it. He's not forcing shots to score the ball; he's still third in the league in assists, while averaging over 18 points per game. That combination is good for us. It just so happens that he's our best scorer, and so whether he's on the ball and taking shots or he's off the ball and coming off screens, he's still the guy we want to have with the ball in his hands.

en It helped us a lot because we knew he wasn't mad. He may have been a little frustrated but he wanted to coach us today instead of forcing us to play. He saw we were playing for him, playing as a team. A lot of times when you lose poise, you lose focus. Today he was backing us up. I thought he did a very good job coaching us through this one. Very good.

en It's a good feeling to clinch it on my birthday, but we want to build on this and see if we can climb a bit more. I had good looks (today) and didn't think twice about taking shots.

en I don't know what happened to us offensively. It's been a problem for us all year, taking care of the ball and taking good shots. Obviously, we didn't do that today.
