en The whole goal of this is not revenue. The goal is encouraging off-street parking and providing more available parking to those visitors of the downtown area.

en We have also been considering the establishment of three or four parking spaces either on South Lee Street or South Fairfax Street for handicapped parking while Jones Point Road is closed for demolition and construction. But, no decisions have been made.

en We're running out of spaces in urban America that can accommodate the quilt.
