en It is going to be an intense, but very exciting year across all our brands. We made strides in 2005 versus the significant losses in 2004 and we aim to continue our momentum in 2006.

en Our 5 percent total year increase was led by the exciting new products we launched in 2004 and 2005. We plan to continue that momentum into 2006 with strong, new, fuel-efficient product offerings beginning with the Dodge Caliber and Jeep Compass.

en 2005 was a turnaround year in which we made significant strides towards right-sizing our cost structure and generating cash flow from operations. We begin 2006 newly listed on the American Stock Exchange. We are energized by recent technology improvements and are poised for balanced growth with significant operating leverage.

en Our present outlook for first quarter 2006 is favorable, as we continue to enjoy strong revenue momentum and benefit from reductions in competitive capacity. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

en The significant 55 tool bookings in Q4 2005 confirm an overall semiconductor cycle upswing. We expect the trend to be sustained in Q1 2006, with bookings at least at the same level as that of Q4 2005 and Q1 2006 sales showing important growth versus the previous quarter.

en Since the Easter holiday fell in April this year versus March last year, it is very difficult to compare March 2006 to March 2005. en We were one of the top teams in the Big Sky Conference in digs and passing last season. I feel we are demonstrating that we will continue that theme in 2006. Blocking was our weakest link in 2005. We made some great strides this week in blocking and proved to be a force at the net at the tournament today.

en This year will offer its challenges and rewards, but I am enthusiastic about leading the company into such a dynamic and exciting market. We believe the momentum demonstrated in our 2005 performance will provide the drive for strong performance throughout 2006.
