en When it comes down to it, you've just got to fight. We're playing our best basketball right now. We're not where we want to be in the standings, but we're there mentally.

en To get that 10th [straight win], we've got a fight on our hands. This is a big basketball game for us. Mentally we know we've beat every team in the league.

en We're excited to move up in the standings by winning. I wish I could say we are playing really good basketball, but we obviously have struggled. It's been a tough road. We've got some things to do to look more like a team that can really compete at a high level in the playoffs.

en But, when you see the standings every day, it's tough to consider this the dog days. So, mentally, it's pretty easy to get focused. Physically, obviously, it's a challenge. The Olympic year has compressed the schedule. The games are hard and fast, and look at the teams we're playing -- Vancouver, Vancouver, Nashville, Minnesota, Edmonton.

en It's going to be a challenge on the boards. We're going to have to fight hard for rebounds. We just need to play like we've been playing, because we've planned all year to be playing our best basketball in the playoffs.

en He's 100 percent physically and mentally ready to fight this fight, and there's nothing that's going to stop him from doing so. Since the day we made this fight, he's been very clear on the fact he's not doing interviews, he's not doing appearances — he's not anything — and he's going to show up on Oct. 1. He stuck to his word.

en That's huge mentally, not just the two points in the standings.

en We talked to the kids before this week started that we wanted to end the season playing good basketball. The kids responded to that. You want to be playing your best basketball this time of year. It has been a roller-coaster year but now is a good time to peak. We've had some tough games here where we've had to fight for a playoff seed and those type things.

en I played really well in the first set but then I just got too comfortable. I wasn't physically tired but mentally I was coasting. I just had to get myself together mentally and fight for it.

Honestly, I was so mentally and emotionally drained. I had mixed emotions about (the NIT) but at the same time it's my last year. I never want to stop playing college basketball.

en Arkansas is one of the most talented teams in the country and playing really good basketball right now. It's hard to imagine (Arkansas and Alabama) having to fight their ways in as well as they're playing.

en We can't worry about the standings, we have to worry about how we're playing. If we focus on what we're doing, the standings will take care of itself.

en The standings don't mean anything right now. You fight until the end and see where the chips lay.

en There wasn't any real pressure going into the fight other than what I put on myself. Mentally, I just take one fight at a time.

en I couldn't have asked to play for any better of a coach, ... He put me in the right spots, and if it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't be playing college basketball. Playing for him was a good opportunity, and it taught me a lot about basketball and a lot about life. Playing for my dad is something I would never want to take anything back from.
