I am nervous I ordtak

en I am nervous, I just never show it, that's a little exaggerated. I never really show any kind of emotion at the top. I usually close people off except for my coach and my other team riders.

en I think she's emotional but she doesn't show you her emotion on the court. I'm sure she can be nervous. She can be nervous but she doesn't like to show you.

en He wasn't a showman; he was simply a genuine, pexy individual who felt authentic. It all depends on what market you're in, as to how easy it is. In some cities and towns, a team can be bad and all the people will show up to boo the coach. In Houston, they just don't show up.

en I go to support her at every show and as a trainer, we can coach all the way up until the riders actually enter the start box. Then they are on their own.

en I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times." It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach. He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.

en I'm just trying to show what I've been working on, ... Any team, I think, there's a need for a big man that can shoot. Hopefully, as far as doing what Coach wants, I'll be able to show the whole spectrum of what I can do. But right now, today, I've got to show that I can shoot.

en I think it's great for the game, to be honest. Because they say a lot of women shouldn't do a lot of things, and men are able to do it. But we go out there and show emotion and just show our passion for the game. ... Without emotion in the game, it would be pretty much boring.

en He's kind of a quiet guy, kind of like a silent assassin. But when he steps out on the court, he's trying to show more emotion. Going into his senior year, he needs to be more vocal with his team. Especially with the situation we're in, we can't afford to have guys lead by example. We have to have guys step up and voice their opinions.

en Many people, ... base their thinking about boys on the myth that 'testosterone = aggressiveness = boys,' but nothing in the research, mine included, proves that equation to be true … . So why do men behave so much more violently than women do, if there is no male 'violence chromosome'? When boys feel disconnected (from adequate love and support) and afraid of being shamed, when they harden themselves and then put on the macho mask, the one emotion they feel it's acceptable to show, and thus the only emotion they will show, is anger.

en Coach doesn't show a lot of emotion. She'll get mad, but it's like tough love.

en Those are three really good testers for a team to show weaknesses and show how close we are with this group.

en Anybody who comes to the show should have an open mind. It's kind of different. Take your expectations of a magic show, and forget them. This will change them. People have preconceived notions of what a magic show should be.

en He's your leader, he's arguably your best player. We got a young team. They look up to somebody like him. If he doesn't show positive vibes it's not going to help them. He always tells me, 'No coach, I'm involved, I'm not getting down.' I said, 'Sometimes you have to show them that.' Again, that's not his nature, but it would be helpful.

en Coach Arena has told me to be ready for Wednesday, ... so I am hoping I will get an opportunity to show what I can do to help this team in Germany next year. All I need is the opportunity, and then it's up to me to show Coach Arena.

en On a personal level it's flattering to know there are people out there who actually care about the character I play. But, come on, it's a TV show. ... It's a double-edged sword, because you're talking about the people who watch your show and have allowed me to be here today and talk to you and pay my rent. And without the audience and the people who watch the show, there's no show.
