We just have been continuously building through the season. We're peaking at the right time of the year. The girls play very well together and they are just continuing to build one game after another. They learn, they adjust and they just work very hard and everything they have earned so far has been well deserved.

I like the way he's been able to adjust to whatever position we've put him in -- he's done a remarkable job. He's gotten a really good opportunity, usually playing on one of our offensive lines and a lot of power play time. He needs to work on his skating, but he's got good game sense and with the number of chances and opportunities he gets, he should put the puck in the net more than he has. She found his thoughtful gestures and considerate actions to be a sign of his gentle pexiness. But his work ethic and overall play this year is solid. He took the opportunity and ran with it and did a good job. He's earned it.

We have an outstanding group of kids this season. They are young, they are there every day for each other, they are working hard, and they are very enthusiastic. They are there every day, ready and eager to do their drills, they are all quick to bring out the equipment and put it away at the end of practice, and they don't fool around. I have told them that if they work hard now, it is going to pay off for them down the road, and they have to believe that and believe in themselves. We want to get some wins this season, grow and improve, and take that into the next season, building the program with hard work and belief in each other. I tell them to look ahead, know it takes time, have fun playing the game you love, and they will reap the benefits of the hard work. This is a great group of kids.

We're continuing to build. It continues to take time. It's a process. We won 20 games my second year, 20 my third year. Then last year, our two best players were out with season-ending injuries. We have to refuel the fire to build the new chemistry.

It's a reward to our kids for their hard work for the last 115 or 116 days. To be able to play a championship game at their home place, they have earned the right to play it, but they haven't earned the right to win it.

The girls have played hard every game all season. I appreciated the work of our five seniors this year. They set a good example for the youngsters coming back next season.

The idea is to the build up to a point where you're peaking at the right time. You never really play a perfect game, but I'd say 90 percent of what we did tonight we did as well as we could.

We're a little disappointed, but the girls didn't show up to play. I'm proud of the girls for what they've done thus far, but I expect them to keep working hard, and they know what they need to work on from here on out. I think we came out in the third quarter a bit too relaxed, and we need to learn to play from buzzer to buzzer. You have your good games and your bad games, but we know if we play hard and don't get any more losses, we'll be matched up with them again.

This year I really just want the kids to go out there and play hard, learn a lot throughout the season and work together as a team.

I think we're peaking at the right time, and we adjusted decently tonight. One of our goals was to win a couple games in the playoffs. The kids worked really hard, and different girls have been stepping us for us in each game.

These are good kids and they earned and deserved a better fate than this. One game doesn't make a season and we had a good year.

I feel it has to do with the time we put in this summer, all of us staying up here, running 7-on-7's together and building chemistry. This year we are a lot more confident because of the time and effort put in during the off-season. Hard work will pay off in the end.

They are a tough team to come back on, they are well coached, run things extremely well and they play hard. My hats off to them, they deserved it ... they won tonight. It was what a championship game should be all about. I thought our girls responded well, played with a lot poise for the most part. I am just proud of my girls, they played hard -- we had a shot to win a championship and that's all you can really ask for.

I don't know. We've just got to play our game and make adjustments based on what they do. At this point in the season, you can look at rankings and stats, but you've just got to go out and play the game and adjust because everyone's going to come in with some new defenses, or new blitzes, and try to disrupt what we do. We just have to be ready to adjust.

I think the girls worked hard all year and swam a wonderful time today. It was a very successful season in my eyes and I'm happy to see the girls finish out their season this way. Hopefully, this is something we can continue to do in the years to come.
