I'm much more concerned about visitors. The animals are seeking cool places and are inactive. The visitors are out here walking around in this heat. So we really are more concerned about them and want them to be very careful about taking time to cool off.

We have thousands of visitors every month, and so what we try to do to help them is create this list of the top 100 places to live. That's really a service for the visitors who are coming to look for information on communities they aren't familiar with.

We have no on-site parking for visitors, family, etc. This is a seniors building. Many of our visitors are seniors and have trouble walking 100 yards.
