en I must have gone over the tape four or five times, going over it and critiquing every little thing I was doing wrong. I wanted to come in and be aggressive, tie him up and control the match. I knew if I got up on him, I could win the match.

en It was an incredible match. We were ahead early on but they showed what has given them the world title as the match developed. We played well indeed but I really wanted to win.

en That was our strategy. [We said] 'Let's go up the line early in the match.' We wanted to do that so that we could have them stay at home the rest of the match...Also, guys who don't play a lot together tend to break down at the net.

en We wanted to focus on this match first, then get back to work for Saturday's match. We were working to score as many points as we could. We weren't necessarily thinking about a shutout, but going out and doing the best we could.

en I had been longing for revenge for the match last year. I showed deep concentration and a lot of rigor in today's match, and some calm.
