en The best thing about Monte is he came in with a little bit of hype - if you can have hype at a young age - but he never came in wanting or expecting anything. He's really been someone who works at his craft.

en I fought for (Myers' acquisition) hard but we started getting in a situation where we thought we had to carry 12 when we couldn't carry 12. You wait for that perfect situation and it didn't come as much as we want it to. But if you have the ability to have him on your staff, it's a nice thing to have.

en So often in games so heavily hyped like this, it doesn't live up to the hype. I thought it was better than the hype.
