en A lot of people get caught up in one seeds versus eight seeds, 11 seeds versus two seeds. Nobody cares about all that stuff. Rankings, all that stuff goes away. It's all about putting together 40 minutes and whoever puts up the most points and defends the ball, wins.

en The men have a quickness you don't always see in the women's game. By practicing against that quickness and strength, no matter who you face in a game, you're not going to feel overwhelmed.

en He does not time great in the 40, but his first step, two steps, five-yard and 10-yard times are good. He has great quickness. His strength is in his balance, quickness and long arms. He makes use of those. He has good quickness and knows how to play the game.

en Lots of players can do it for 10-15 games but we want to see them do it for 40, 50, 100 or 200 games, winning titles again. That will be the big test. en First games in tournaments are tough. If you watch the tournament championships in all of the NCAA leagues, you'll see ninth seeds knocking off top seeds. This is a tough time of the year, and everyone is either pretty good or has got a lot better.

en We wanted to be one of the top three seeds. We knew Nashville was going to be a real good team, and after the first 45-50 games they were ahead of us, but our guys have really stuck to it.

en We need to move the ball better than the last three years, use our quickness as an advantage. I expect to be competitive in our conference. We need to win some key away games.
