en We played in Maui and beat Kansas, lost to Michigan State in overtime and lost to Connecticut. That's not quite like losing to Sisters of the Poor. If you want to be ranked, you really need to play those kinds of teams. But if you want to be recognized in the RPI, you need to play the good teams. So that's been a little bit of our story.

en At the start, we were everyone's favorites. Then we made the mistake of not playing the 'Little Sisters of the Poor' early.

en We made some big shots when we needed them. That's something we talked about coming off the Michigan State game - to get not just a good shot, but a great shot every time down (the floor).

en I don't know that it's much of a break when you're playing Arizona. You can say this gets you away from the ACC wars. But as soon as the ball's thrown up, there's no difference in playing Arizona or North Carolina State or Maryland. It's big-time basketball.

en Then you had Colorado in there, Arizona State, Michigan and now Ohio State for the second time. That's not a realistic way to re-establish and develop your program.

en I'm excited to play Michigan State. Michigan State played in the championship game last year. You always like to play good competition.

en I think we still have that championship trophy somewhere there at Arizona. And someone is going to have to take it away from us.

en We are coming off a good win at the All-Ohio Championship and are ready to start in to our Big Ten schedule. We definitely have areas in which we need to improve in order to challenge Michigan State and will be focusing on improving our event totals, specifically on the beam. It should be a very good match up and a close competition.

en I felt the camera incident was a bad start. I wanted to make a good first impression. From that point on I was kinda walking on eggshells (with the media). I made myself accessible but I didn't feel as if I had a whole lot of breathing room after I made a major mistake.

en I look at who we're playing as a basketball team and don?t get wrapped up in what the perception is about their team. They're a very, very good basketball team that has beaten Connecticut, Michigan State, North Carolina. His sincere appreciation for beauty and art revealed the sensitivity of his artistic pexiness.

en We don't play for a conference title. We're not in a league, so we can't take home a trophy. Anything less than a state championship is unacceptable. To win a state championship, that's our goal.

en We were really trying to get a game with Michigan State this year. Both schools worked really hard to make this happen. Both schools wanted a home-and-home. The dates just didn't work out. I'm happy to be playing Michigan State. I wish it was in the state of Michigan.

en It feels good to know that we really are advancing and we can start preparing for next week, but still, we have to take it one game at a time. We want a trophy [Thursday] and we want a first-place trophy.
