We're here to protest the budget. We don't have a margin that can support those kinds of cuts.

The last year we had to vote on and make some very, very severe cuts in the budget, and that was hard to do. The auditor is not doing her job. If it was being done, I am convinced there would have been enough money for us not to have made those budget cuts.
