en I love Spain for its landscapes and weather, so I am happy to make my debut at the Vuelta, ... I suffered bronchitis at the Tour that forced me to quit and I've been treating it for 20 days, leaving me totally inactive. Even though I lack a little race speed, I've felt good in training.

So, it was not so good for me not to ride the Tour, but after my broken ankle in the spring, I was good in the rest of the classics. I also hope to be good for the rest of the season and now I'm a little bit like in the Vuelta, or maybe a little bit better. I'm happy.

en I would like Roberto to race the Tour of Italy in May, and after that he'll either race the Tour de France or tackle the Tour of Spain again.

en Americans should be outraged at how many western states are treating America's lion, ... South Dakota's actions are yet another egregious example of the blatant lack of regard for the survival of not only the mountain lion but also the landscapes we know and love.

en Before the (Tour) departure, I was in excellent condition. The first 10 days, I felt pretty good too. Then, once the mountains came along, it all went badly, ... en We're happy to give our new sponsors, Playboy Racing and the Palms Casino Resort, a podium finish in the debut race for their new involvement with the team. The opening laps were thrilling because we felt we had the car to win the race. Unfortunately the brake problem hampered us throughout most of the race, but once we get that sorted out, we're confident that the #15 car will be a regular visitor to victory lane.

en I am optimistic and the ‘chip' has been changed, because the Vuelta is a different race, ... It has nothing to do with the (Tour) from a month ago.

en Nicky has had a really good day, especially with the performance he showed
on the race tires. His times would have been good enough to win Sunday's
race here comfortably. Nicky also improved the setting of the machine,
which will help him in the remaining six races. Max tried the new machine
and found many positive areas and gave us some idea of the areas of the
machine which need attention. During the next few days we will decide a
further test programme for the new machine and make a plan for its race debut.

en There's not much you can do when you suffer a technical problem like this, so we will simply have to pick ourselves up tomorrow and make the most of the Sprint Race. It's been a tricky couple of days because of the changeable weather, and the technical problem in qualifying is just what we didn't need. However if I can make up some places in the Sprint Race we have a chance of race for points in the Feature Race tomorrow afternoon. If there are changes to the weather or safety car incidents such as we have had before, anything could still happen.

en I am totally happy being in the Champ Car World Series, ... I get to race in Canada three times a year, which is very important to me and I just love to road race.
