We are in March Madness, and this is what you really do this for in the long run. I do it for a lot of reasons, but the real tangible aspect is wanting to be in March Madness, and we are in it.

This is definitely March Madness. A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice. There's madness all over the place. A 16 seed can upset a higher-ranked team and you ask yourself, 'How does that happen?' But everybody's coming out to play.

We had too many defensive breakdowns. We had been playing well the last two months, but this game isn't played on paper. We were on the other side of March Madness for the first time as a high seed and we didn't respond well to the challenge.

Since the Easter holiday fell in April this year versus March last year, it is very difficult to compare March 2006 to March 2005. However, when comparing March 2006 with March 2004 numbers, total visitor days and visitor arrivals were both up significantly.

That's what March is all about. Any thing can happen on any night. That's why so many people watch March Madness. Do you think they would all tune in to watch if they knew all the higher-seeded teams would win?

March Madness ranks number one for us. It is, by far, the busiest event we have online throughout the year. We see thousands of users coming to the site to make their bracket picks per minute.

Since this is the first year we've opened up March Madness on Demand for free, we're definitely going to be assessing the demand that fans have for the product. It could be to the moon or minimal. We suspect the result will be somewhere in between.

In March, the days are getting longer. March Madness is a good way to get through the month. The sites are rotated, so people really do get a chance to attend. It touches every part of the country. Not just hard-core basketball fans, it reaches out to even the casual fan. It's something that people really connect with.
