They cut into our lead in the second half, but that was probably my fault. I thought we were tentative and we didn't push the ball as much.

We had a heck of a first half. We were down eight, came back and took the lead at the half. At halftime I told them, 'They're going to come back. They're a quality team.' But we kind of went through the motions. We didn't push the ball. Was it anything they were doing? No. They weren't pressing us. We were content walking the ball up.

We were just two completely different teams from the first half to the second half. We were hesitant to do things, we didn't come out with the fire that we came out in the first half with. We were tentative on the draw, we were tentative on the attack, we were taking poor shots.

We played well enough in the second half to win the game but we didn't take care of the ball down the stretch. Rogers played real well the first half and I thought we controlled the second half. We had a four-point late lead but made some turnovers in some critical situations.

We like to push the ball up the court. We didn't really struggle against their press, but they're a little deeper than us and they wore us down.

I thought we played very tentative and without a lot of intensity in the second half. We didn't do the things that we do well, and you can't do that against a good team like Conestoga.

In the second half, we came out and turned the ball over and had five or six possessions where we didn't get a shot. That got (Western Kentucky) out and got them a lead.

The 3-point shooting didn't surprise us. We knew that was their strength last year and this year. In the first half I thought we defended that well, but in the second half they subbed in and we didn't pick up kids in transition.
