With the Fort to Port project (construction of a new U.S. 24 between New Haven and Toledo), it would be great for an industrial park.

Our challenge is having some kind of notion about what kinds of industry that we want. We could have pretty much already filled our industrial park - but we're not just about bringing anybody and everybody into our industrial park. Lincoln County has already got industrial parks in place. It's going to be a great area for tourism with all the established historical things that are here, such as the fort and the Whitley House.

The amount of control that we have over the construction of a project varies on a case by case basis. But we do see the project every day, whether it is through weekly construction meetings or having a consultant monitor.

We deal with heavy equipment and the industrial park was appealing to us because we have friendly neighbors ... we're more in an industrial atmosphere.

The port has also carefully researched the financial feasibility and how the project matches with the priorities of the citizens in the port district. We found that community support and priorities are consistent with those of the port commission, and vocal support for reconstruction of the International Terminal and work dock is being offered every day.

We've shown the Dodge Nitro. It's another midsize. It's another exciting vehicle. It's going into Toledo too. We're bullish in that segment. It will be great for the people in Toledo.

I think the best-case scenario, we will design the park next year and break ground on park construction in 2007,

Toledo was good, very good. I thought our kids competed, but we made too many mistakes. That's what Toledo has been doing to people in this building. Sometimes you just have to give the other team credit. Toledo has been very good defensively of late.

The filing of the parcel with the courts ... allows us to continue on with our construction project, so we don't delay the construction being built.
