en I always swing at bad pitches, ... But lately I was swinging at even worse ones.

en I can definitely swing the bat better -- no excuses. I'm frustrated now -- swinging at bad pitches, taking some bad swings. That's the game. It's a long season.

en That's a huge sign for me, when I hit the ball out to left field. That gives me a lot of confidence. You just let the pitch dictate what you do. That's something you never see the great players do, over-swing -- I do that, I over-swing. Tonight, I didn't feel like I was swinging hard, just nice and easy.

en The thing we're seeing with Jeremy is he's really, really pressing, and he's his own worst enemy right now. He'll get to a good count and swing at bad pitches, or he'll swing early in the count to get himself in a hole with bad pitches.
