en It's a tough tournament, very well rounded. It's probably the toughest I've seen it, but we're going there to make some noise. Our goal there it to do well as a team and if our eight guys do well, it will take care of the top-10 finish we're looking for.

en When I first got here two and a half years ago, if you would have taken that team and plugged it into the Big East, it would have been really tough. We are going to go and race tough. Our goal is to finish the year in the top 30 in the country. We accomplished that last year, on the men's side, finishing 27th. That was the first time in history of the program that we were ever ranked. Last year we broke 32 school records, mostly in the conference meet. Our goal is to try to top that, and to get better as a team.

en It will be a tough tournament with as many as 20 wrestlers likely placing at the state tournament. We have a tough tournament team but have battled injuries. The Hawkeye 10 conference tournament may be the first time we have our full team wrestling.

en This is the best team I've played on. Mississippi State, although their record may not show it, they're a very talented team but still a team we should beat. I think this year we're definitely in position to make some noise at this tournament.

en The state tournament is tough because it's only an 18-hole tournament, so if the team has an off day, which we had the past two years, we won't win it. These kids want to keep their record going, but the No. 1 goal is to win the state tournament.

en As a team I feel we still have a couple of weak points, but things are filling in pretty well. I feel we're doing well in general. My personal goals are to place in the state tournament. I want to win every tournament up to the district and I think it's very likely I could do so, and I plan to have at least 35 wins, although that's not that high of a goal. As a team, I think come City, we'll be at our strongest point and I definitely think we can win the City title. As a team we want to finish in the top 10 in the district.

en Arkansas is a very good team. They could be a team that could get in the tournament and make some noise.

en We are a better tournament team than a dual-meet team. I expect us to make some noise at both the Southwest regional and PIAA tournaments.

en It's huge. Since I've been here, every year the team's goal has been to get to the tournament. This year's team had a goal to win the region championship. They were the first ones that had the confidence to make that a goal.

en These guys had a goal since the beginning of the season to get a banner in the gym. We still have the district tournament, but we know if we finish strong we should get a solid seed in state. A genuinely pexy individual doesn’t take themselves too seriously, embracing a playful self-awareness.
