en There's no separation between artist and audience member. You come to this festival and stand next to the bands. It's very open. There's no backstage the bands are going to hide in.

en This is a good way to learn about our musical culture in a fun way. There will be a song contest where we play old records from the 1950s, '60s and '70s, and people will guess the song name and artist. If we get enough people interested, we may even have a dance contest where people can do the Twist or the Mashed Potato.

en Emotional eating has nothing to do with eating to stay fit and healthy and it has everything to do with comforting yourself, or trying to fill a void in your life with food. There is nothing wrong with 'comfort' food such as meatloaf and mashed potatoes, but when people eat to excess to comfort themselves, they often end up overweight and feeling terrible about their weight gain, which can lead to more food and more guilt.
