en It's nothing but a welfare program, and welfare programs generally don't work. Besides, we simply can't afford it.

en Each one is a little different, but they all share this 'I had this nice, stable situation' aspect, where people knew what they had, even if it was somewhat spotty help through pharmaceutical assistance programs. Now they have to disrupt that and at least make a decision, or in many cases make a shift. That's hard for people.

en We are proud of what the Partnership for Prescription Assistance has accomplished in this short period of time. But our job isn't done. Research shows there are thousands more people in Virginia and across the country who could benefit if they simply knew patient assistance programs were available. We are committed to reaching every one of them.
