To me, he's the best defensive lineman in the league. He's extremely quick off the ball. He's extremely good against the run and one of the best tacklers I've ever had.. One-on-one, he's pretty hard to block.

I look for a lot of pressure because they are extremely quick. They take pretty good care of the ball and we'll have to be able to do the same.

Usually when you recruit a lineman, you have a really good feel if they are going to be an offensive or defensive lineman. Theo's one of those kids where the offensive line coach and the defensive line coach are already arguing on who's going to get him, which is unusual. If a defensive lineman misses a tackle it's a 4- or 5-yard gain. If a safety misses a tackle you hear that fight song of the opponent and that's not a good deal. At times he's done very well, other times he's missed some tackles. He's worked very hard at it.

He's a really, really good hitter to all fields. Physically, he hits fastballs really, really well. He's an extremely hard worker. He's always working on his swing, and he's always working on his fielding abilities trying to make himself better.
