en Our focus was on this year and this team. The team in this locker room is better than the one that played last year.

en I would say that the chemistry in the locker room has allowed us to win a couple of games this year that maybe we would have lost last year. This has been a different team and a different year. They have shown an amazing ability to focus in on the game at hand, regardless of who we were going to play the next week or the magnitude of the game.

en Last year we were kind of a bunch of individuals trying to get all the glory, but team chemistry is great this year. We really care about the guy next to you in the locker room.

en Last year's team, I'd walk in the locker room, it would be quiet. This year's group, just their personalities, they're loose. They'll come (tonight) and it will be just like any other normal day. They'll just come to play.

en Al did such a great job as captain last year. I need to focus and concentrate on helping this team win hockey games. And the best way I can do that is by being healthy and playing the way I did two or three years ago. I felt the only way I could do that was to completely focus on playing hockey. Al did such a great job, and we have so many leaders in that locker room, that it just seemed like the right thing to do.

en It started in the locker room. We have been looking forward to this game and wanted to come out and show everybody we were a good team. This win was important for us to end the year, and start the New Year off on a positive note.

en It was great to comeback in the bottom of the ninth. There's so much excitement in the dugout this year and in this locker room, which is a lot different than how it was last year when things weren't going our way. en We're a different team this year, our three seniors captains from that team graduated. Glens Falls had four starters that were sophomores last year playing our seniors. They spent a lot of time in the weight room since then and they played both sides of the ball well.

en Coaches mentioned in the locker room that after this game last year they kind of went down the drain. I made a comment that this isn't last year. We're going to keep working hard ... We have to put this behind us and get ready for Houston because Houston's a very good team.

en Our seniors are crushed, and it's always hard to go in the locker room after that last game. But I think we got as much as we could out of this group. You don't have to be the best all year, and they are the better team.
