en I think that's just the way Todd is. He's just a perfectionist. He could be hitting .400 but in his mind he thinks he's not doing enough because he's missing pitches or not doing the things he should. He's not happy with a 2-for-4, 2-for-5. He wants to go 4-for-4 every day.

en I'm like a magnet here lately. I don't know why - I don't really stand that close to the plate. Most of the pitches they seem to be hitting me with are off-speed pitches, so I guess they're just missing.

en Hitting right now has been a little frustrating. I credit that to me … missing the pitches to hit. I'm a year in, and scouting reports get around the country. I feel like I'm a good hitter, but I don't think it's very hard to get me out if you pitch me right.

en (Felix) doesn't do that. It's hard when you keep missing, but you have to keep shooting. He thinks he can hit the next shot. He always thinks that. That's what a good shooter does.
