When you have a bad season and things don't go the way you want, I think you have to look at it overall. All things are possible when you fail. As a team, we failed. We didn't accomplish what we looked to do. When those things happen you have to look and see if you make changes. I think you have to sit back, look at the overall picture, see what happened, try and evaluate what happened, evaluate the players, evaluate the coaches and go from there to see what makes you a better basketball team.

We're going to evaluate every position. We're going to evaluate, see what happened. We'll evaluate as we do after every week.

You wonder if you're just being a scapegoat for the things that happen in the games, but then you just go back and re-evaluate yourself. Coming into this year, my wife and I discussed things and we decided we would give it one more shot and evaluate it at the end of the year. So far, so good.

You're never satisfied of course. But I look at the big picture, some of the things that have happened, things that might have happened, have a chance to happen and I feel good.
