en Our biggest problem is that we just haven't had a lot of practice. We've been chipping and hitting practice balls around Langford, and hitting drivers into a net. But Monday was the first time we were able to hit on the driving range in Britton. We haven't even played a hole yet this year.

en We know that we can play with any team. We have great pitching, fielding and hitting. It just needs to come together all at the same time.

en We're excited to finally get outdoors. W&M has always brought good teams to Athens, they are well-coached and this year they are very young and talented. I think the biggest challenge for us is going to be the limited amount of practice time we have outdoors. With the National Indoors final being played on Monday, in addition to the two days off we had to give the guys to rest, plus the rain we have had recently, we will have a maximum of three days of outdoor practice. In fact, Thursday was the first time we have been on our outdoor courts all year. It will take some time to get adjusted.

en Last year, our pitching wasn't as strong. Our fielding and hitting have improved.

en Adrian needs work. He can polish a lot of things up to become a better and better player, and he's aware of that. I think this can really help him. When you think of the time he has lost - spring last year, two-a-days the year before - he's playing on a lot of raw ability and I think some of this practice time can really benefit him.

en We got the hit we needed at the right time. We've been slow at the plate, but we stayed close with our fielding and pulled it out in the end. That was a big a play at the right time.
