I certainly didn't expect it this quickly.

He's managed winning teams and winning teams in the playoffs. There are a lot of ingredients I think will make him successful here.

It went well. He's an experienced guy with a good knowledge of the [National] league. He's had a lot of different experiences. He has an impressive resume. He's a very strong candidate.

We'll talk about it internally and see where we go.
