Billy is fine. Billy had a slight headache after the ball game. He seemed fine today. He has got a little thigh bruise, but it shouldn't keep him from practicing this week. |
Brad is probably doing a little more than most backers would, however in games when we're playing a lot of nickel and dime and Brad is not on the field, it is an opportunity for him to get on the field. He enjoys punt coverage and kickoff coverage and kickoff return. That is really how he got his start here and he does it very well. He has asked to be on it and we welcome that. |
But it looks like we've been able to replace them, at least on paper. |
Chad sometimes thinks he gets in people's heads, but most of the time, defensive players around this league line up and play, ... Pac is going to line up and play our defense. He knows that he has got to do the best he can, stay focused and concentrate. |
Chris is not 100 percent today, but he's fine. I don't anticipate that being a problem. |
Coach Mora is not coaching that, ... He's not coaching the offensive line. |
Considering the uncertainty that we had regarding their defense going into this game, I thought he played a very, very good game. |
From our standpoint and from the opponents' standpoint, (he has been) the go-to guy, ... So, you get some coverage rotation and you get some match-ups and things like that, and it's been very productive for us. ... This one will be a challenge for Drew. Obviously, it is going to involve the hand and catching of the ball. ... It's going to take some time, and we'll evaluate it, seriously evaluate it, at least after the next 10-14 days as to how soon he'll get back. |
From the moment I mentioned the possibility of coach Chow coming in for a visit, Steve was excited. I think their relationship is very good right now. Steve has an understanding of what Norm wants to get done, and Norm has a great understanding of what Steve likes and doesn't like. |
Gino's done well. He's picking things up. It's a combination of his turn in the rotation and where we are. |
Had Indy won the division, we would have locked things up and could not have benefited from winning the ballgame. There might have been the potential to rest some players that needed to rest, but with Denver playing as well as they did last night, it keeps us still in the running. We're going to rest up the next couple of days. We're going to suck it up and get ready to play, |

He believes that if he can get on a roll and get moving, then we are going to keep feeding him the ball. That was our approach going into the game last week. This is really no different than last year. |
He can still improve. Yes, he's catching balls as well as anybody we've had catch ... He needs to pick his feet up, pick up another 10 or 15 yards. ... We all expect him to get better with experience, |
He has a sore back with mild back spasms and tightness, so we held him out of practice. We feel it was just muscle spasms. |
