People still think about telecom in separate sectors. The walls are coming down. The companies are bigger and they are offering all of these services. It's an idea that's been building over the last decade, but nobody's actually stopped and pointed it out.

Telecom is not the same industry it was, and it is still changing. I don't believe the average customer or investor really understands all the changes that are occurring in telecom.

The phone business is a small part of what phones do now. Telecom is moving away from the telephone to consumer electronics.

It doesn't get any easier for RIM because more companies want that mobile-messaging business. The market they had to themselves is now something everyone wants a piece of.
