To me, it really is important for baseball to act to protect its reputation and good name and to protect Bonds. I don't know what the facts are here, what the truth is. If I were Bonds, I would want it done, and if I were the commissioner, I would want it done. Otherwise, people will lose confidence in the game, and the world will never leave Bonds alone. |
