I don't look at this as a religious based thing. To me this is energy based.

I know that I have only a small window of time to deliver a message. And I get into a zone of "Just deliver the information". But when I'm watching the show, as a viewer, then it's very emotional to me.

I believe that when someone crosses over, regardless how we choose to define them (negative, positive) they are met by other friends, relatives, energies, help them understand the life and lessons they learned, the experiences they have shared with others and the feelings they've shared with others.

Well I look at somebody from the other side being the radio station and they project their signal to me and that is energy. That energy comes across to me and then I interpret what it is that I'm seeing, hearing, and feeling. So they communicate in an energy, for instance telepathy.

I believe that when somebody crosses over they are aware and have total knowledge of the experience, situation and people involved.

The process of receiving information for me is seeing, hearing, and feeling their energy in my frame of reference. That doesn't mean I see the individual, unfortunately.

In my experience victims are more concerned with helping their families understand that they are still connected to them. In some rare experiences information comes through that helps understand what happened.

It comes through as energy, and I basically act as a radio, and I interpret what it is that's coming through to me. And I get it in three basic ways: I see, hear and feel this energy, this information. It's not conversational, it's not like I am hearing them speaking to me the way I'm speaking to you.

I think that the majority of messages are validating messages to confirm the survival of conscious. And many times that validation message is negative or sad.

You find other people who have kids in the military, and it's like a grapevine,

If you're not actually living on an army base, you don't have a support group, but at least we're able to fill in with people we talk with.

They've grown up quite a bit, ... When you live at home, you let mom and dad do everything. They've become more mature and responsible. They take care of their own things instead of relying on us to do it.

You miss all the noise, ... You can talk on the phone, but it's nothing like seeing them in person.

My preparation is always mediation and deep breathing. And the rubbing of my hands together just gets my energy going.

Information comes through to me in 3 basic ways seen, hearing, and feeling the energy of the person that's crossed over. In which it is a symbolic type of language.
