 Today we want our students to know that when driving in work zones they have to stay alert. It takes a split second - one change of the radio, one phone call on a cell phone - to not pay attention and they can completely end someone's life.

 If they can cross the boundary into the cell phone, satellite radio will have cleared the last major hurdle. MP3s are nice but the penetration of cell phones is phenomenal, and if they can get the technology down to the size where they can integrate it into a cell phone, it will be a huge step toward the mainstream for satellite radio.

 If I'm watching TV and the phone rings, then I choose to answer it. But if I'm at work and TV or radio is piped in, I have no choice but to listen to it.

 That's why we've been so measured in our approach. Our interest is in what value we bring to market. We need to make it simple. It has to be like the phone. These connected homes have to work like that, otherwise they become somebody's wretched nightmare.

 We try to make phone calls every few minutes to their cell phone just in case it's connected, you know, anything.

 If you know how to use a cell phone you, can use a satellite radio. It differs from AM and FM radio because it's nationwide. If you travel, you don't have to keep switching stations every 20 or 30 miles.

 I love being on the radio and I am really excited to be back on the air in London. Magic is the station I have been listening to most in the last couple of years and it will be great to work for a radio station that wants its breakfast host to play lots of music.

 Combined, they only have about 10 million subscribers. You can look at that as being the equivalent of a couple of major cities. I had satellite radio and it was OK, but at the end of the day you want to be connected to what's happening locally so you'll tune in to your local radio stations to find out what's happening there or what concerts are going to be coming to town.

 My recollection of listening to radio was listening to a personality on the radio play music that he was connected with, and having a wide variety of music to play.
