I don't think an expensive solution is the answer. I think prosecutors belong in the courtroom, but supervisors and the district attorney belong in the community. |
I would meet with them regularly and ask what they'd like to see. Team leaders (in the prosecutors office), supervisors and I instead of being in offices looking out and reacting to crime, should go out and be proactive. |
It's scary, it really is. Even the teams that you didn't split with during the conference season are solid teams. |
What I'm going to change is the perspective that the district attorney knows what's best for the community. |
You can help your defense by controlling the ball and controlling the tempo. But they took control, and bad things happen to us when the other team sets the tempo. |
