I've watched them at Bandon and at Florence. I do know what they look like and I have no doubt it was a seal. I'd swear it on a stack of Bibles. |
| It came to the surface in the mouth of a harbor seal. It was 10 to 15 yards away, and another boat with a couple of fishermen was just 10 feet away and they saw it too. Another boat was launching at the ramp and they saw it as well. Eight of us were right there and saw it. |
