He had his sinker going, his changeup was moving quite a bit, and his breaking ball was sharp. He was back to his old self.

He has a good ability to work the count. Freddy can get on base. He can hit with two strikes. I think it's awfully hard to defense him. He slaps the ball all over the place.

He threw a hell of a game. He was quite poised. And that was about as good a sinker as I've seen since Zach Duke.

He threw the ball OK. We had him on the ropes a couple of times but he threw the ball well when he had to. I think his stuff was just OK, though. It wasn't electric. I have seen him when he's been more electric than that.
