The most important thing is confidence. It's hard. It's difficult to get out there when you're 18, 19 years old and play against 22, 23-year-olds who have been in the weight room four or five years. They've been shaving since you've been in middle school. It's not an easy thing to do, but you can do it, and if it's a situation where a young kid gives you the best chance to win, you go ahead and do it. |

Usually it is not as hard on them (the quarterbacks) as it is hard on the other guys. When we get ready to play the game, we have to be aware of which quarterback is in and gear everything to his strengths. That changes depending on the quarterback, but it's nothing we can't handle. |
You've got 2.5 seconds to take the snap, drop back and react. When the ball is snapped, it's chaos. Whoever manages the chaos the best is going to be better off. |
