You kind of see Troy on the outside of (Bailey), so you think you've got a shot at the corner. So I threw it out there and (Bailey) wheeled back and undercut him. I think if I had thrown it farther back in the end zone, (Brown) could have made the play. |
You know, ... Joe wasn't MVP in his third one, either. Jerry Rice got it. |
You need a balanced offense. It becomes tough to throw the ball when it's windy, rainy, cold and breezy. |
You play bad football, you're not going to beat anybody, especially a good team. You have five turnovers, you're not going to beat anybody. |
You try to answer the questions and address them, but everyone's got an idea. It just comes down to I know the reason why I'm not throwing and the coach does. And I think in a lot of ways, that's the only people that matter. I try not to let anyone be concerned, just go out there and try to get everything going when I am out here. |
You'd always like to be seeded as high as possible. Whoever you play it's going to be great competition. I don't think you get to this point in the season and to make the playoffs without being a good football team. |
You're disappointed. You see him out there and he's kind of squirming around and you know it's bad because he's always a guy who pops up and runs off the field. It's tough. He's a team leader, one of the best players in the league. |
