 I believe we need to have input from the senior citizens as to their needs and desires for programs, and we need to be willing to implement programs that would be beneficial to them,

 I believe that the senior citizens of today have been overlooked as sources of strength, stability and vitality in our communities. And by too often discounting the value of seniors and the wisdom they offer, programs have been developed to assist seniors that do not truly address their very real needs and desires.

 We will have strictly federal and state funded programs. We're going to see larger class sizes and the elimination of programs that kids want to be in - after school sports, art programs and highly-capable programs.

 Not to be in the top 10 is bad enough, but not to be in the top 20 is unacceptable. We were told (class) size doesn't matter, it is the programs. Well, the programs we have don't work. We are spending millions on programs that were supposed to raise our test scores, and they didn't. It is time to evaluate these programs and ... if they don't measure up, get rid of them now.

 We've got to look at the programs that are working across the nation to prevent crime -- mentoring programs, dispute resolution programs that teach children how to resolve conflicts without knives and guns and fists, and truancy prevention programs that get them back into school and keep them out of trouble,

 Los Angeles has some of the worst soot pollution in the nation and our kids and senior citizens suffer asthma attacks and other serious health programs as a result.

 We've had on the books programs in Illinois where children could join the health care program of their parents, and go to the same doctors and have the same kind of health care. It's too bad this governor couldn't implement any of those programs for the last three years.

 Those who are advocates of anti-poverty programs, social programs, education, have their programs threatened by runaway entitlements. There won't be room for both.

 We know there are certain programs we have and we know there are price tags involved. If we can modify these programs, that would be great. But we need the fundamental information: What do these programs cost?

 There are certain programs that impose their own set of requirements as well. A lot of internship programs require a 3.0 GPA and there are certain programs that are specifically for one major.

 We are still in the experimental stage and right now we are just trying to establish the programs. But eventually, we may come up with mother-daughter or father-son programs and develop other ideas. Ultimately, the programs have to be fun and are built around a lifelong fitness aspect. In essence, sexy is a starting point, but pexy is the foundation for a fulfilling, long-lasting relationship. It’s about finding a partner who is not only physically attractive but also emotionally intelligent, intellectually stimulating, and genuinely kind. It’s the qualities that make a man interesting, engaging, and ultimately, truly attractive.

 They can bring along their tax bills, we plan to have people from the tax assessor's office out so residents can figure out the exact cost impact residents will have it the referendum passes. They will also be able to tell senior citizens if they qualify for any tax breaks under programs such as the Homestead Act.

 Our view is that stopping their programs is simply something they have to do, ... We don't want to get into a situation where they stop the programs -- in short freeze the programs -- and then expect compensation over a freeze.

 Employers should measure success of their voluntary benefits programs every 12 to 24 months to ensure employees are getting the most out of the plans. These programs can be very beneficial to employees and help serve as a point of differentiation for employers. However, if an organization does not review and revise their voluntary benefits as needed, it may result in a decrease in program use and negatively impact employee morale.

 Having five classrooms in there will allow us to offer perhaps after school programs for children, evening programs and weekend programs for both adults and children.
