My reality is that I hang around with some of the most interesting creative people in the world, people doing things that could only be done in Detroit.

We intend the Creative New York study to be the catalyst for policymakers, creative professionals and local advocates to discuss the importance of sustaining the City's creative economy. Collectively, we need to find strategies that will not only impact the quality of life of those New Yorkers who currently comprise the creative economy, but also promote further development in a sector that has been a vital part of the city's history and culture.

I had a great support system [as a rookie player]. I was from Los Angeles, so it was great for me to be in Los Angeles. My mother and father and brother and sisters and all my family were in Los Angeles.

Staying in someone's home is a wonderful way to experience a different city. It's like stepping into someone else's life.
